PEP Pupil Voice

Click the images to view the Pupil views page on Welfare call: Switch formats if this is helpful.  Make the views collection part of a wider activity for example discussing a piece of work they have completed.  If the child is not attending, ask carers or the social worker to complete the views section with the child.  Staff can state their perceptions along-side views.  Be inquisitive try not to take no or nothing for an answer.  Build it into a mentoring session. To uploaded a Pupil Voice to Welfare Call:

The dialogue box opposite will then open up. 

• Pupil Voice description - e.g three houses, drawn picture, Microsoft Form etc...
• Who can view - DT, SW, SW
• Type of File - You can upload Word documents, PDF's, PowerPoints and images such as jpeg, png etc...
• Then click on 'upload file' and select the document from your computer.

Please don't upload documents which are password protected

• Box 1. Is a drop down that you can alter the form to collect the views
• Top tip:Upload your own format to collect the views, just write a note on the page to tell us you've uploaded it.
• Various options for forms to be completed online(drop down box)- needs to be completed
• Practitioners DO NOT need to use the forms provided. However, any use of an alternative template needs to be uploaded into documents.
• DO write in first box if you have uploaded a different format
• Ensure any relevant wishes are linked to targets eg: learning a musical instrument
