Vibe youth workers engage with young people from across six Liverpool City Regions, offering age-appropriate engaging interventions, in their communities across public spaces.
Youth workers prioritise prevalent themes including mental health, criminality, substance misuse, sexual health and anti-social behaviour. Youth Worker's signpost young people to stimulating diversionary activities that are safe, fun and provide opportunities to develop essential life skills.

Vibe youth workers engage with young people in both locations. Providing a structured youth club 'without walls' offering age-appropriate engaging interventions, directed by the young people.
Youth workers plan activities in consultation with young people. You shape the offer so come along and get involved! All activities are safe, fun and provide opportunities to develop essential life skills.

Me time (Knowsley)
Me Time is a weekly programme designed for Young Carers or those with compromised care.
Open to 5 - 18-year-olds in knowsley. This is a 12 - 24 week programmes
Me Time offers structured respite for young people aged 5-18 years from across Knowsley. With transport included across a 12-24 week programme, young people have the opportunity to experience new and exciting activities that are fun, engaging and offer personal development opportunities.

Good Choices (Cheshire)
Funded by Cheshire Police.
Vibe's Good Choices intervention is a crime prevention programme designed to work with young people from across Runcorn, Warrington, and Widnes, that have been in trouble with the police, at risk of committing a crime, or they are/have been involved in anti-social behaviour.
Delivered in small groups, across a day, and comprised of discussions and activities which will enable you to make effective decisions about your choices, understand the importance of your relationships and work towards the prevention of Substance Misuse and Anti-Social Behaviour.

HLA - Healthy Lifestyle Award (Knowsley)
HLA is a children's weight management programme for local children who are above a healthy weight, have been referred from the National Child Measurement Programme (NCMP) or are in the 98th percentile or above.

Our programme provides support for children and young people aged 4-19 (up to 25 years of age for young people with additional needs).
The programme's name was developed in consultation with young people and stands for:
- Fun
- Inspire
- Transform
Our team was recognised as 'Outstanding' by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) in 2018.
What we do
Our team offers tailored and one-to-one support, as well as providing personalised plans for children and young people who are above a healthy weight.
The aim of the six month programme is to support children and young people to reduce their Body Mass Index (BMI). All appointments/sessions will be carried out in local health centres, schools and at home if needed.
If you child is attending HLA, our team will work closely with you and they will receive a health assessment which includes:
- measuring their BMI
- a short fitness test
- a review of their current lifestyle
As part of the programme your child will also receive:
- 12 weekly exercise sessions run by VIBE youth workers
- a portion control plate
Our team also works closely with schools and other health professionals to support children and young people to maintain or reduce their BMI.
