Once the meeting has taken place, taking into account views of child / young person, parent / carer, social worker and school staff, the PEP should be completed by the Designated Teacher and Social Worker and signed off at top of the PEP with all mandatory fields completed.

The PEP is then moderated by the Virtual School against the St Helens Virtual School Quality Assurance document. This is to ensure that all sections are completed to a high standard, the targets link to the child / young person's needs and wishes, the  education and attainment section links with the targets set and the Aspiration Pathway is completed.

The Pupil Premium Plus funding is given to schools once the the PEP has been moderated and targets have been agreed.
